Where are Minuel Footwear shoes made?
Every one of our shoes is individually hand made in Lagos, Nigeieia, who’s footwear industry dates back to the 2005. Our factory specializes in comfortable shoes and has been a sole proprietorship since inception. We have great relationships with our teams on the ground, and ensure proper handling of our unique product.
Why are the most of your sneakers’ sole white?
White sole is our signature colour and we want to let everyone know it!
Why don’t you offer patent leather styles?
While patent leather is very pretty for special occassions, it is essentially plasticized leather, which takes away the most important feature of leather – its breathability. In addition, it tends to make the leather very stiff, both properties we don’t associate with healthy feet!
How do I know what size to order?
We know it can be hard to determine your size when online shopping. The best way to get an accurate fit is to go by measurements, not just age or random size numbers that vary from brand to brand.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
It is possible your order is in transit. We usually ship via express delivery and our dispatch riders are always on time. If you are experiencing delay in delivery time and date, kindly write our customer care agent and we will attend to your ticket without any delay.
What causes product delivery delay?
There are many underlying factors that could cause delay in your order. One out of many reasons is your bank. We expect your bank to process payment request within 2hours so your order can leave our store for delivery without any delay.
Is Minuel Designs expensive?
Our customized shoes are not cheap and purchasing Minuel Designs won’t leave huge holes in your pocket either. We are a shoe brand that focuses on improving your appearance, adding power to your steps and helping you step into greatness. Considering the tough process during factory production. We don’t sacrifice quality for quantity, we create shoes that stands you out from the crowd.
Are Minuel Designs Footwear shoes washable?

We do not recommend machine washing our leather and suede shoes. Please refer to our Care Instructions for full details on how best to care for your Fields Footwear shoes.
How do I return an item purchased at a store?
We do not accept shoes purchased from retail locations. You will need to return your shoes to that location, in line with their return policy.
How do I become a Fields Footwear retailer?
If you are a licensed retail store and would like to carry Minuel Designs shoes, please email us at contact@minueldesigns.com. We will be happy to provide you with pricing information and help you set up an account.
How do I exchange an Item?
We do not offer exchanges. Please follow our return process and then place a new order.
Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions are for visitors/customers who view/purchase through this web site. Please read them and the Privacy Policy before using this web site. Minuel Designs (“We” “Us”) can change these T&C’s at any time, but orders placed will be governed by the T&C’s in place at that time.

This website is owned by Minuel Designs, Registered at Abuja, Nigeria with RC Number ******. The Governing Law in any Agreement between us will be in accordance with Nigerian Law and Jurisdiction of Nigerian Courts.
These T&C’s together with anything stated on this web site set out the whole of the agreement relating to the supply of goods to you from us; and nothing said by another person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these T&C’s. Prices shown on this web site are correct and pricing / availability information is subject to change without notice. All prices are in Naira (₦) and the price includes all Nigeria taxes, delivery charges will vary.
Order Processing: Once an order is placed we will send an email acknowledging we have received the order. If for any reason we cannot for fill the order we will cancel your order, refund any transaction and email you informing you of the situation. Thus our acknowledgement of receipt of order is not a guarantee of delivery. Please note that dispatch estimates are not a guarantee. Payment can be made using: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Delivery is subject to authorisation of your payment.
Right to Cancel this Agreement – Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days to cancel this agreement. If you wish to cancel this agreement you should notify us and return the goods and we will refund you within 30 days via your payment method. We will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We have the right to cancel this order if we have insufficient stock, unable to obtain payment or we do not deliver to your area.

Every effort has been made so that products are fairly and accurately shown and described and that product information is correct. Your privacy is important and we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using this information responsibly.
We require an order/ registration form so customers can purchase products and to send your orders; Contact information (email, address, telephone number, etc). Credit card information is not stored. We currently use third party companies for delivery and credit card processing purchases. Additionally, these companies also do not retain, share or store identifiable information.
Our customers will receive information from us about new features, promotions and special offers that we think may be valuable. If you would like to be removed from our email list and do not wish to receive future mailings please send us an email at info@minuel.com
Internet Protocol (IP) Address is a number that is allocated to your computer when you surf the net. This is used to recognise customer traffic, gather information and will influence our future product and web designs. Cookies are sent to your web browser so when you revisit then you are recognised improving your experience and also a speedier check out.
Password and Security – you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password, and to ensure unauthorised access is prohibited. If your account has been compromised contact us immediately.
Our database will from time to time be cleaned due to size and content of correspondence and we will not be liable for deleting and not storing all material you transmit to us.
