Each product is handcrafted using natural materials such as leather.
Due to the artisanal nature of our work, minor variations in colour, grain, texture, or stitching may occur. These differences are not flaws but reflect the uniqueness of handcrafted production.
Custom made and bespoke footwear are tailored to the customer’s specifications and may require additional production time.
3. Pricing & Payments

Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, or international shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for full refunds but can be reviewed for alterations or exchange.
